Helen let us know:

“Prior to my early retirement, I worked for the Royal National Lifeboat

Institution for 36 years, working for such a great Charity was an honour and I got to meet some very interesting people, most of whom were Volunteer Fund Raisers and Volunteer Lifeboat Crew for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.  I joined The Friends of St Mary’s in May 2025 and am looking forward to being involved in another worthwhile Charity.

In my spare time I love walking and also play Badminton.”
