Jussna Mateen's family restaurant has continued the tradition of cooking delicious food for her colleagues across Pathology as a fundraiser for the Friends of St Mary’s Hospital

Just before Christmas, we completed our annual fundraiser, led by Jussna Mateen, a dedicated Biomedical Scientist and raised a total of £1000. 

For the past three years, with the unwavering support of my pathology colleagues and local businesses, Spice Central and Eastern Eye, who have provided delicious food, we have raised over £3000 for the Friend of St Mary’s hospital charity. 

The money raised benefits our Trust and wider community with the previous total helping Adult Speech & Language team and ICU.

I thank all involved in making this a successful event.
