Twiddlemuffs just the start

Gill, Jean and Pauline live in Princess Court in East Cowes. They responded to an appeal to make twiddlemuffs for dementia patients initially and got through so much wool that we appealed via the cafe for our customers to bring in any that they did not want for them. The response was amazing. Then the ladies began making more and more items with the wool and they sold these during a coffee morning at the Court. Here they are seen handing a cheque for £50 to the Friends with the proceeds of their handiwork to Chairman Lesley Myland.
