CUSTOMER RELATIONS POSES NO PROBLEM FOR LIZ

Day patient treatment for her arthritis led to Liz Falconbridge thinking that she would like to also go to the hospital as a Friends volunteer. “I’ve been volunteering since May in the foyer shop,” she said.. “Officially I do Thursday mornings, but come in other days if needed.” “It’s brilliant. People are so nice and happy - it’s a jolly place.” As a former assistant manageress of a hotel, Liz, who lives in Cowes, is quite used to dealing with the public.
