 The Charity is the "data controller". This means that they are responsible for deciding how they hold and use personal information about you. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice.

It is important that you read this notice, together with any other privacy notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal information about you, so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information.

•    Personal contact details such as name, title, addresses, telephone numbers, and Personal mail addresses 

How is your personal information collected?
We collect your personal information via our website forms directly from you or in case of a donation from Paypal via your consent to share your personal data with us to receive acknowledgement of donation.
How we will use information about you?
We will use your personal information to contact you in relation to the form that you have completed on our website. For example: if you completed the form enquiring about becoming a volunteer we will only contact you for this purpose.
Data sharing
We may share your data with third parties, to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering web services, e-mail. 
We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law. 
How secure is my information with third-party service providers and other entities in a group?
All third-party service providers and other entities in a group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. We do/would not allow third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We do/would only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
